Dongji provides powder coating services on an automated environmental line running to RAL specification at 150 µm film thickness, on workpieces up to 2,500 × 1,500 mm, backed by a 5-year anti-corrosion warranty and verified on our own salt spray equipment.

The coating line is smaller than the cutting bed
Our coating line accepts workpieces up to 2,500 × 1,500 mm. Our laser cutting bed handles 3,000 × 1,500 mm, and our press brakes form lengths to 3,200 mm.
Parts between 2,500 mm and 3,200 mm can therefore be cut and formed here but fall outside the coating envelope. If your design lands in that range and needs a coated finish, raise it at quotation and we will confirm routing before you commit to the geometry.
Telling you this now costs a paragraph. Telling you after the parts are formed costs a production run.

Colour
RAL, and the same RAL three years later
Our powder coating services work to the RAL colour system — the reference used across European industrial and architectural specification. Supply a RAL number and the finish is reproducible across production runs, and across repeat orders years apart.
That last part is the one that matters commercially. When a customer adds units to an installed base, the new equipment has to match the old on a wall, in daylight, next to each other. Batch-to-batch colour is verified in our own lab on a colorimeter, and film build is verified on a thickness gauge.

Powder coating services — five years, and the equipment that proves it
At 150 µm film thickness the coating carries a 5-year anti-corrosion warranty. It is specified for equipment that lives outdoors or in demanding indoor environments — vending machines on a forecourt, kiosks in a transit hall, EV charging enclosures at the kerb, cabinets in a plant room.
Coating performance is verified in-house on our own salt spray test equipment rather than on a supplier's certificate. Coating is stage six of ten in our custom sheet metal fabrication programme, following welding and polishing and preceding cabinet assembly — so coated parts move straight into assembly without transit damage or a scheduling gap at a third-party coater.

Before you send drawings
What is the largest part you can powder coat?
2,500 × 1,500 mm. Note this is smaller than our 3,000 × 1,500 mm cutting bed and our 3,200 mm bending length — if your part falls between those figures and needs coating, raise it at quotation.
What colour system do you use?
RAL. Supply a RAL number and we match it, with colorimeter verification between batches so repeat orders match the original installation.
How thick is the coating?
150 μm, verified on a thickness gauge as part of in-process inspection.
How long does the finish last?
We warrant 5+ years against corrosion, verified in-house on our own salt spray test equipment.
Can you coat parts you did not fabricate?
Contact us with part dimensions and material. Routing depends on current line loading, and we will tell you either way rather than quoting and then rescheduling.
