Laser Cutting

3 fiber lasers, 3,000–30,000 W. Mild steel to 30 mm, stainless and aluminium to 20 mm, on sheets to 3,000 × 1,500 mm.

Metal Stamping & CNC Punching

8 presses to 150 T and 2 CNC punching machines. We quote stamping, punching and laser side by side and tell you where the crossover sits.

Bending & Forming

12 CNC press brakes at 100 T, 0.2–22 mm material to 3,200 mm. Tolerance published in full — banded by flange length, not a single optimistic figure.
